University of Michigan's Tauber Institute offers outstanding leadership and teamwork training at their Operations Leadership Factory in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This hands-on approach offers students (working professionals primarily in the manufacturing and healthcare fields) the opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment and apply their newfound skills on-the-floor. Without a website it was difficult to compete in this professional development market where similar programs are already well established.
